What is SwampCon?

SwampCon is a free, multi-media convention held at the Reitz Union at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. It is completely free and organized completely by students!

When is SwampCon?

In previous years, SwampCon has been held in January, but this year we’re shaking things up! SwampCon Endless Mysteries will be March 16th-17, 2019!

How do I host a panel?

If you are interested in hosting a panel be sure to fill out the panel application! The application can be found on our website or on our social media once it’s live!

How do I get a table in the Vendor’s Room/Artist Alley?

If you’re interested in being a part of SwampCon’s Vendor’s Room or Artist Alley be sure to fill out the appropriate application once it is released! We announce when these application go live, so keep an eye out for them!

Where is the application?

The early bird gets the worm, but if you’re not seeing any applications then you might be too early this time! Once an application goes live, we advertise it on all our social media pages. If you’re not seeing any posts regarding our applications then check back with us later!

How do I become a guest?

We’re honored that you’re interested in being a guest at SwampCon! Please direct your inquires to our Facebook page or email event@swampcon.org and ask for Duncan. If there is someone you would like to see as a guest at SwampCon please feel free to message us on our Facebook page as well!

How do I join SwampCon’s Maid Cafe?

If you’re interested in joining SwampCon’s Maid Cafe please direct your inquiries to our Facebook page, from there we will direct you to our Maid Cafe Coordinators who can answer all your questions relating to participating in Maid Cafe!

How do I become a volunteer?

Teamwork makes the dream work! Volunteers help SwampCon run smoothly, we’d love to have you on our team! Please email volunteer@swampcon.com regarding any and all questions about volunteering!
